You Cannot Live Without Her.

You vaguely remember telling her repeatedly that you cannot live without her. But here you are, inserting yourself deeply into Caro, only four days after her death. You were so sad and were doing this because you wanted to feel like a man again. You feel her presence and imagined she was the one you were slamming hard across the kitchen top but you couldn’t because Caro is loud.

Caro is the razz babe from down the road who told everyone who cared to listen about how terrific she is in bed. You’re a bit disappointed though, you think Caro equates her fake loud moans with being good in bed. You’re slightly annoyed because Caro is not worth it, you slam harder and wish that all the pain you’re feeling will be transferred in between her legs.

Again you feel her presence, but you do not believe in ghosts. That one is for Yoruba movies. She’s watching you, she touches the small of your back, her favorite part of your body but you convince yourself it’s Caro. You shiver, Caro chimes like a bell again and says something foul about having an effect on you. You cannot wait to finish so that you can go back to dreaming about death.

It came as a shock when the pan meets your skull as you release into Caro. Now, you believe in ghosts.
